Martha Egeland-Lewis, DMD
Dr. Martha Egeland-Lewis is a native of Chesterfield, Virginia. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University for her undergraduate studies receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, during which she worked as an oral surgery assistant and volunteered at MCV where she fell in love with the dental profession.
Dr. Egeland-Lewis received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Egeland-Lewis has completed the Engle Institute course for implant placement and offers implant placement and restorations at the Great Bridge/Hickory location.
Dr. Egeland-Lewis and her husband Dave have two children, Kylie and Michael. They reside in Chesapeake with their three cats (Skittles, Aang, and Sparkles), a long haired dapple dachshund (Randi) and the newest addition to the family is a yellow Labrador named Beau.
“Dr. Marty,” as her staff and patients fondly call her, is an advocate of green living, likes trying new recipes, is learning to play the violin, enjoys exercising, time at the beach with her family, working in the yard, and a little retail therapy has been known to make her happy.
Dr. Marty is available exclusively at our S. Battlefield/Great Bridge/Hickory location.
